Step 4

If the claim is approved, we will provide instructions regarding repair, replacement, or another applicable resolution.

Please do not send products without prior authorization.

 

 

8. Proof of Purchase

Warranty claims require valid proof of purchase.

Acceptable documents include:

  • Order Confirmation

  • Invoice

  • Receipt

  • Shopify Order Number

Without proof of purchase, we may be unable to process the warranty claim.

 

 

9. Repair or Replacement

If your warranty claim is approved, Prodility may, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product;

  • Replace it with the same model;

  • Replace it with an equivalent model if the original is unavailable; or

  • Provide another appropriate solution where required by law.

Replacement products do not extend the original warranty period unless otherwise required by applicable law.

 

 

10. Shipping Responsibilities

If a warranty claim is approved due to a verified manufacturing defect, Prodility may cover reasonable shipping costs associated with repair or replacement, where applicable.

If inspection determines that the issue is not covered under this Warranty Policy, return shipping and related costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping arrangements will be communicated during the claim process.

 

 

11. Limitation of Warranty

This Limited Warranty is the only express warranty provided by Prodility unless otherwise required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prodility shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Nothing in this Warranty Policy limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Prodility shall not be responsible for delays or inability to perform warranty obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

13. Warranty Void Conditions

This warranty becomes void if:

  • The serial number or identification label has been removed or altered (where applicable).

  • Damage results from misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling.
